Parking instructions are included with your summons.
There are also multiple, non-time-limited parking spaces on each of Evans and Cotanche Streets between First and Second Streets. These spaces ARE NOT reserved as they are public parking spaces.
There is also limited parking on Third Street; about four blocks from the courthouse; toward Reade Street, the ECU campus, and the residential areas. These spaces ARE NOT reserved as they are public parking spaces.
Please note that all parking is first come, first served. You should allow sufficient travel time so that you can be in the downtown area at least 30 minutes before you are due in court. This should allow sufficient time to find parking and to get to the courthouse in a timely manner.
